Bablr Cancellations, Refunds, and Access Policy (United States)

Overview

This Policy applies to access to Bablr digital products and services in the United States.

Bablr currently provides access to its products and services through authorized app stores, authorized resellers, sponsors, and institutional programs. Access may also be provided through free or promotional programs.

Physical materials or custom products supplied under separate institutional, reseller, or commercial agreements are governed by the applicable agreement and are not covered by this Policy.

Purchases Through Apple App Store

If you purchased a Bablr subscription, license, or digital product through the Apple App Store, all billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment-related matters are governed by Apple’s policies and procedures.

Requests for refunds must be submitted directly to Apple. Bablr does not process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.

Purchases Through Google Play Store

If you purchased a Bablr subscription, license, or digital product through Google Play Store, all billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment-related matters are governed by Google’s policies and procedures.

Requests for refunds must be submitted directly to Google. Bablr does not process refunds for purchases made through Google Play Store.

Purchases Through Authorized Resellers

Certain Bablr products and services may be purchased through authorized resellers, distributors, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, sponsors, or other third parties.

Where a purchase is made through an Authorized Reseller, all matters relating to billing, payment collection, invoices, cancellations, refunds, credits, and chargebacks must be directed to the Authorized Reseller from whom the purchase was made.

Bablr is not responsible for processing refunds, credits, or payment disputes relating to purchases made through Authorized Resellers.

Cancellation of Access

Users may stop using the Services at any time.

Cancellation of access does not automatically entitle a user to a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly provided by the applicable app store, reseller, sponsor, or institutional program.

Service Issues

If you experience a technical issue that substantially prevents access to the Services, please contact Bablr Customer Support.

Where appropriate, Bablr may attempt to restore access, correct technical issues, provide replacement access, or offer other reasonable remedies.

Free and Promotional Access

No refunds are available for free, trial, sponsored, promotional, or complimentary access programs because no purchase payment has been made by the user. Such access may be turned off any time without prior notice.

Changes to this Policy

Bablr may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Bablr website and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
