About Us

We began building Bablr with a simple but powerful insight: the first few years of a child’s life are filled with thousands of everyday interactions, experiences, conversations, stories, songs, and moments of play all of which contribute profoundly to child’s development. Families, caregivers, and educators influence these experiences, often with the best of intentions but not always with access to practical tools and structured support.

To help address this challenge, we set out to design a platform that could bring together activities, content, planning tools, and caregiver collaboration into a single early learning system and make the journey seamless. The result was Bablr.

Bablr was conceived and developed by our award-winning technology startup Neosap Global, which is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. Neosap Global is a member of the Global Entrepreneur Programme, an initiative of the United Kingdom’s Department for Business and Trade.

Today, Bablr is operated by Bablr Ltd, a United Kingdom company and wholly owned subsidiary of Neosap Global. Bablr Ltd is responsible for the operation, distribution, and customer support of the Bablr platform worldwide.

Bablr is available internationally through digital platforms, including Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as through selected authorized resellers and partner organizations.
