2. Find My Action

What’s needed to do this activity

Sheets of paper, Markers, Scotch Tape

How to do the activity

Print/Write Action words on a sheet of paper in bold so that the baby can read easily. Paste these at the baby’s height across a wall of a room. As you shout the action word, get the baby to find it on the sheet which you have stuck on the wall. E.g. when you shout “Bend”, have the baby point to the word on the wall. You can have the baby act out the action. (You could use placards with Action Words written instead of sticking sheets on the wall)

3. Story Maker

What’s needed to do this activity

“Your Story Telling Talent”

How to do the activity

You could show the baby a picture and start building a story around it. Ask the baby some questions and afterwards ask him/her to continue. E.g. if the picture is of a family getting in a car, you could ask “Where do you think they are going?” etc. At times you can even share where they are going or agree with the baby or build up on what the baby tells.
